The Coffee Company will provide a full refund or replacement if any product is faulty or different from the product ordered. We only accept returns and give refunds were products have not been used or damaged, and where we have been notified within 3 days of delivery.

Carriers must be informed of damage/shortages at the time of delivery. We must then have confirmation of damage/shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

Our policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you are purchasing as a consumer (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) you have the right to cancel within 7 days of order, or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) Should you cancel your order your payment will be refunded, and goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

A contract for the sale of products will only come into effect when we send confirmation of your order by email.

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you (including delivery) is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

These terms and conditions and any legal obligations between us shall be governed by English Law.
